DUCoM Humanities Host Elective Courses
The division of medical humanities in the College of Medicine has scheduled two humanities elective courses for the fall term.
“Cutting Cold Flesh: Perspectives from the Humanities” with Drs. Steve Peitzman, adjunct professor of medicine, and Janet Fleetwood, chief of the division of medical humanities, and guest lecturers, will be held on the Queen Lane Medical Campus, Auditorium A, on Tuesdays and Fridays, September 14-October 8, from noon-1 p.m.
“Ethnicity, Culture and Medicine” with Dr. Gala True from the Einstein Center for Urban Health Policy & Research, will be held on the Queen Lane Medical Campus in seminar room A07 on September 23 and A01 on Thursdays, September 30-November 11, from 4:30-6 p.m.
