Dr. Bruce Eisenstein, Arthur J. Rowland Professor of Electrical and Computer Engineering, was appointed associate dean of the College of Engineering. The announcement was made by CoE Dean Selçuk Gúçeri. As associate dean, Eisenstein will lead the efforts to bring the Drexel Engineering Curriculum (tDEC) up-to-date. He will also focus on other curricular issues and initiatives.

“Dr. Eisenstein is a nationally recognized leader in engineering education with a genuine interest and many excellent ideas regarding the changing dynamics in the field,” said Gúçeri. “I am confident that under his leadership, Drexel will continue its tradition as a premier institution for training and educating some of the best talent in engineering.”
