President George W. Bush recently signed the Department of Defense Appropriations Bill, which funds various national defense initiatives. Among the programs receiving support by the bill are Drexel’s Applied Communications and Information Networking (ACIN) Project and the National Bioterrorism Civilian Medical Response Center (CiMeRC). These two projects are managed by the University’s Office of Research and Graduate Studies.
