Celebrate Founders Day and Convocation October 5
Drexel’s Founder’s Day and Convocation, which marks the beginning of the academic year, will be held on October 5 at 11 a.m. in the Main Building Auditorium. Convocation will begin with a faculty procession from the Quad, weather permitting. Students are invited to walk in the procession with the faculty of their Colleges and Schools. Classes on the University City Main Campus will be cancelled from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. to allow students, faculty and staff to attend the celebration. Students, faculty and staff from the health sciences campuses should check with their program directors for class schedules on that day.
