The College of Engineering received a $1.5 million gift from the estate of William Utzey to establish an endowed scholarship in his name. The announcement was made by College of Engineering Dean Selçuk Güçeri. The scholarship will provide financial assistance to a deserving undergraduate student. Cohen Chair of Women’s Health and Leadership at the Institute for Women’s Health and Leadership (IWHL), was held on October 30 at Bryn Mawr Presbyterian Church. Participants included Drs. Kathy Kuhlman, associate professor, ob/gyn control, and Katherine Sherif, assistant professor of internal medicine, and clinical director of the National Centers of Excellence in Women’s Health (CoE) of the IWHL.
