Students, faculty and staff can make a difference in the lives of hundreds of area children who might not receive gifts during the holidays by supporting Drexel’s toy drives.

The Office of Government and Community Relations will host the Sixth Annual Holiday Toy Drive through December 19 at 4 p.m. New toys, preferably wrapped and marked with the gender and age of the appropriate recipient, are being collected at drop-off locations throughout all campuses. Members of the University community can also participate in the drive by wrapping toys at the wrapping parties, held in the Great Court of the Main Building from noon-2 p.m., December 16-19. The Toy Drive concludes with the annual toy distribution ceremony at noon on Friday, December 20 in the Great Court. The College of Medicine is continuing a tradition of more than 20 years with its toy drive for students at Mifflin School. Students, faculty and staff on the Queen Lane Medical Campus can contribute money and gifts for Mifflin’s more than 400 students, through December 13.
