The StudentsFirstsm town hall meetings with President Papadakis for staff employees will begin in September and be held at various campus locations throughout the fall. The meetings, which promote the StudentsFirstsm objective to provide more channels of communication between staff and University managers, will give staff the opportunity to meet President Papadakis in a group setting, learn about the StudentsFirstsm initiative and ask questions about the program’s components and activities. Staff employees will be invited to the town hall meetings according to their work locations. Staff who work in the Creese Student Union Complex, MacAlister, Stratton and Disque halls are invited to the first meeting, to be held at 3 p.m. on September 22 in Disque Hall room 108. Future town hall meetings are scheduled for the following dates: • October 4 for College of Nursing and Health Professions, the School of Public Health and any other Drexel University employees in Center City or Queen Lane • October 26 for employees in Main Building • November 16 for employees in 3201 Arch Street • November 29 for employees in Korman and Matheson halls and the Pearlstein Business Learning Center • December 15 for employees in One Drexel Plaza, the Alumni Engineering Lab, Bossone Research Enterprise Center, CAT Building, University Crossings, and Curtis, Peck, Randell and Commonwealth halls. Meeting locations, which will be announced later, will be as close as possible to the invited staff. All meetings will begin at 3 p.m. A schedule for early 2006 will be announced later. Staff employees are invited to send their questions and comments to President Papadakis in advance of the meetings through the town hall meetings link on the StudentsFirstsm Web site, www.drexel.edu/studentsfirst.
