The College of Media Arts & Design will soon launch its new Web site.
The site is the result of a six-month collaboration between designers, technologists, business analysts and psychologists from Electronic Ink, a leading user interface design firm, and Drexel co-op students Jon Aldinger, a digital media junior; Tony Ballas, a computer science pre-junior; Dan Mall, a digital media junior; and Adam Little, a digital media senior.
The new CoMAD Web site reflects the advanced design capabilities and incorporates practical end user needs and requirements. The Drexel student designers received mentorship from the Electronic Ink team, participating in design and usability reviews of the current and competing sites and conducting user surveys and analyses to ensure that their design would meet user needs.
