Entrepreneurial Skills Workshop on Preparing for Growth

The Laurence A. Baiada Center for Entrepreneurship in Technology invites students, faculty and staff to "Preparing for Growth - Before the Inflection Point," an entrepreneurial skills workshop to be held on Tuesday, March 14, 2006 at 6 p.m. in the Baiada Center (3225 Arch Street, ground floor).

The workshop will be led by Steve Taub, founder of CECO Filters, Inc.

One of the main hurdles an entrepreneur faces is guiding a business through a growth spurt or inflection point. At the first inflection point entrepreneurs must recognize that a limit in their own span of control is reached. The workshop will identify how to deal with these challenges in company growth and what plans must be undertaken to transition seamlessly from one phase to another.

RSVP online by visiting http://www.lebow.drexel.edu/Centers/Baiada/Calendar.php. For more information, contact Terri McIlhenney at terrim@drexel.edu or 215-895-0302.
