President Papadakis was quoted in a story in The Philadelphia
Inquirer on December 17 and 20, 2005 about the University's recently announced
partnership with Burlington County Community College. Stories about the partnership
were also published in the Philadelphia Daily News, the Courier-Post
(Cherry Hill, N.J.), The Times (Trenton, N.J.), Newsday and
The Press (Atlantic City, N.J.) and on MSNBC.com, PhillyBurbs.com,
NJ.com and NorthJersey.com. Stories were also broadcast on WNET-TV (PBS-New
York), KYW-TV (CBS-3), WPVI-TV (ABC-6) and KYW-AM (1060).

the opening of the LeBow College of Business Center for Corporate Governance,
a think tank that promotes accountability. Dr. Ralph Walkling,
Stratakis Endowed Chair in Corporate Governance and Accountability, and Christopher
and Mary Stratakis were noted in the story. A story was also
published in the Philadelphia Business Journal on December 12. A Reading
Eagle (Pa.) columnist noted the Center on January 3.

December 23, 2005 about the benefits of enrolling in college courses while still
in high school.

Drexel was noted among the best universities in Pennsylvania for female athletes on a KYW-AM (1060) report on December 21, 2005.

clothing featuring icons such as Martin Luther King Jr. continues to be syndicated.
Dr. Kali Gross, assistant professor of history and director
of Africana studies, was quoted in the story, which was published in The
Chicago Tribune on December 21, 2005 and The News-Sentinel (Fort
Wayne, Ind.) on December 12.

The University's annual holiday toy drive was featured on WPVI-TV (ABC-6) on December 21, 2005, WCAU-TV (NBC-10), KYW-TV (CBS-3) and CN8 on December 20, WCAU-TV and WPVI-TV (ABC-6) on December 15 and CN8 on December 14.

professor of cardiology, was noted in The Philadelphia Inquirer on
December 19, 2005 for his role as coprincipal investigator of a study that shows
that a blood test may detect whether a heart transplant patient is rejecting

story on December 13, 2005 about a stem cell transplant.

Oxholm III, senior vice president of the Drexel Law Center, was noted
in a Philadelphia Business Journal story on December 9, 2005 about
the creation of a judicial pro bono committee in Philadelphia. Mr. Oxholm represents
the Philadelphia Bar Association on the committee.
