To attend your ceremony, it is required that you wear the appropriate academic regalia. Regalia consists of a gown, cap and hood, which reflect the degree being conferred. Regalia must be obtained from the University Bookstore (Creese Student Center, 32nd and Chestnut for Main Campus students, or Bellet Building, 15th and Race for Center City students). If you are a bachelor’s or master’s degree candidate, you must purchase your regalia through the University Bookstore. To do so, visit the Bookstore with your student I.D. during the sales period, May 18-June 5. Graduation announcements will also be available for purchase. In addition, customized graduation announcements can be purchased from Herff Jones (www.herff-jones.com).

For Doctoral Candidates Only
Students receiving a doctoral degree must rent their regalia through the University Bookstore. The price is $37.98. Order forms must be completed in the University Bookstore by May 15. Distribution will take place on June 3, 4 and 5.
