Dear Graduate:
President Papadakis often referred to Commencement as the highlight of the academic year. Before his untimely death, he had prepared messages for all Drexel students who were anticipating graduating this year. I am pleased to share his message to you below.
C.R. “Chuck” Pennoni
Interim President
Dear Graduate:
It is my pleasure to announce that we will gather to celebrate your achievements at Drexel University College of Medicine and your bright future at the 2009 Commencement ceremony on May 15.
Whether this Commencement ceremony marks the beginning of your career, an exciting new professional phase or your advancement to another level of studies and research, you can take pride in the fact that you have been well prepared by our outstanding faculty. You can also look forward to joining a distinguished group: Drexel University alumni/ae. They can serve as resources and advocates for you, just as I know you will serve as a role model for succeeding generations of students.
This Web site is your guide to a memorable Commencement celebration. On behalf of Drexel University, I offer best wishes!

Constantine Papadakis, Ph.D.
