If your response has changed and/or you are not going to attend the Commencement ceremony, you must inform us in writing. You will have an opportunity to pick up your diploma beginning May 19 in Suite G27, Queen Lane Medical Campus. If you live outside the Philadelphia area and want your diploma mailed, contact the Office of the University Registrar. Please note: It is your obligation to provide the Office of the University Registrar with a forwarding address.
