Cap and Gown
To attend your ceremony, it is required that you wear the appropriate academic regalia. Regalia consists of a gown, cap and hood, which reflect the degree being conferred. Regalia must be obtained through the University Bookstore. Sales are scheduled for May 17 through June 4. Guest tickets cannot be guaranteed if regalia is purchased after June 4.
Buy Your Own
If you are a bachelor's or master's degree candidate, you must purchase your regalia through the University Bookstore. To do so, stop by the Bookstore with your student I.D. during the distribution period. All students who purchase regalia will also receive a complimentary packet of five generic graduation announcements. Additional packets will be available for purchase (see cost schedule below). In addition, the University Bookstore is making available the purchase of customized graduation announcements on a special-order basis. Orders for personalized announcements will be accepted through May 14. Please visit the Bookstore for specific information.

For Ph.D. Candidates Only
Students receiving a Doctor of Philosophy must rent their regalia through the Drexel University Bookstore. The price is $39. Order forms must be completed in the University Bookstore by May 15. Distribution will take place on June 10, 11 and 12.
