FAFSA Priority Deadline February 15

If you're planning to enter Drexel this fall and you haven't submitted your FAFSA, make sure you complete your FAFSA application by February 15. It's the best way to be sure you're considered for the maximum amount of federal aid. It's required for some loans and scholarships, so be sure to submit your application even if you don't think you'll qualify.
Visit www.fafsa.gov by February 15 to submit your application electronically.

Talking to a Drexel Alum is a great way to get answers to your questions about the University. The Dragon Alumni Scholarship awards $1,000 for each year of your full-time enrollment at Drexel, and it's available to anyone who receives an alumni endorsement.
Don't know a Drexel alum? Try reaching out at an admissions event or online. When you're ready, be sure to submit your Dragon Alumni Scholarship Recommendation Request by February 1, 2012.

Request a Dragon Alumni Scholarship Recommendation

Our alumni play a valuable role in helping prospective students learn more about the University. That's why we offer the Dragon Alumni Scholarship for students who reach out to our alumni. The scholarship awards $1,000 annually to full-time undergraduate students who have been recommended by a Drexel or MCP Hahnemann alum.

Papadakis Integrated Science Building Opens

Drexel University recently opened the doors to the 150,000-square-foot Constantine N. Papadakis Integrated Sciences Building. The building, designed by world-renowned architects Diamond & Schmitt, features a 75-foot-tall biowall and demonstrates Drexel's longstanding commitment to sustainability and progressive research.

New Accelerated Degrees

This fall, Drexel will offer two new accelerated degree programs: a BS/MS in Accounting and a BA in History/MLIS in Library and Information Science. Accelerated degree options allow you to earn both a bachelor's and a master's degree in a shortened period of time. New Deadlines for Prospective Freshmen

If you are applying for fall 2012 admission, there are important application updates for you to be aware of — please note the following changes:
- November 15: Early Decision for Westphal College of Media Arts & Design applications are due (Early Decision is a binding agreement)
- November 15: BA/BS/MD applications are due
- December 1: All other accelerated degree program applications are due
- February 1: All other freshman applications are due
- February 1: Enrollment Form, tuition deposit, and housing deposits are due for Westphal College of Media Arts & Design accepted students
- February 15: Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) is due
