Description of activities:
This project involves interviewing scientists and engineers about how childhood exposure to mass media, including science fiction, has influenced their career choices and research trajectories.

Student responsibilities:
Carefully and accurately transcribe the interview recordings.

Length of project: October-November 2007
Hours per week: Up to 10-20 hours/week
Compensation: $10/hour

Criteria for selection:
Excellent verbal skills, dedication
