Filmed in the 19th-century Anthony J. Drexel Picture Gallery, The Drexel InterView™ is a spirited half-hour, original entertainment series hosted by best-selling author, critic, and Drexel University Distinguished Professor, Paula Marantz Cohen. The Drexel InterView™ currently airs on Public Broadcasting Stations, American Public Television, public and community access stations, and university/college television stations throughout the United States.
Each thirty-minute episode features an interview with a noteworthy figure in the fields of art, politics, science, and business. Guests reflect a diversity of opinions and backgrounds. All are experts in their fields.
The show's host, Paula Marantz Cohen, brings to the interviews a wealth of knowledge and experience. She is the author of eight books, including the award-winning Silent Film and the Triumph of the American Myth (Oxford UP) and the best-selling novel, Jane Austen in Boca (St. Martin's Press). She writes frequently for such publications as The Philadelphia Inquirer, The New York Times, The Times Literary Supplement (TLS), The American Scholar, The Yale Review, Raritan, The Hudson Review, TheSmartSet.com, and is co-editor of jml: The Journal of Modern Literature. She is a recipient of the Lindback Award for Teaching Excellence.
