The MS in Project Management from Drexel University’s Goodwin
College of Professional Studies is designed for mid-career
professionals that seek to develop project management capabilities for
application in a variety of fields. Designed to meet the needs of
working professionals, the MS in Project Management is a flexible,
convenient part-time degree program. Courses are offered in the Fall,
Winter, Spring, and Summer, allowing students the opportunity to
complete all degree requirements in as few as two years.
Master’s in Project Management Curriculum
The program curriculum is aligned with the internationally recognized Project Management Institute’s Body of Knowledge (PMBOK). The MS in Project Management is designed to support student completion of the Project Management Institute’s (PMI) Certified Project Management Professional
(PMP) certification. Each three-credit course in the program will be
valued at 45 Professional Development Units (PDUs) by PMI. Graduate credit is available to applicants who are already PMP certified.
The MS in Project Management combines the study of project
management with coursework in general business management and
leadership. The 45 credit degree curriculum includes courses in
planning, assessment, management, and leadership, as well as a final
capstone project.

including: building and construction, defense contracting, engineering,
financial services, government contracting, and IT/software
development.
