The theme of his address revolves around environmental issues and sustainability, and how we as a University and as members of its community respond to the challenges that confront us.

The University is one of 125 across the country that will host the "Chill-out: Campus Solutions to Global Warming" webcast in support of The National Wildlife Federation. The webcast highlights the winning schools from the NWF Chill-out Competition, which recognizes schools that are doing an exemplary job of reducing global warming pollution on their campuses.
The mission of the National Wildlife Federation is to inspire Americans to protect wildlife for our children's future.
