Cross Country Conversations: Stem Cell Research

What kind of potential does stem cell research hold for the scientific community? When is it acceptable—if ever—to use stem cells? When do cells go from being cells to being individuals? Who has the right to determine when life begins? Come discuss these pressing questions and more! First Steps to Fullbright Workshop

Monday, June 4th, 12pm - 1:30pm

This workshop will review the basics of the Fulbright student program and consider a range of projects that students have done with the support of a Fulbright grant. Participants will leave the workshop with one or two initial ideas for what they might propose to do on a Fulbright if they were to apply. Lunch will be provided

You will be introduced to the Community of Science Scholar Universe, Web of Science, and other databases.
