StudentsFirst is a bold initiative of President Papadakis aimed at improving customer service to Drexel's students. Dr. Papadakis believes that in order for students to be truly engaged in Drexel, employees must first be engaged. The programs under StudentsFirst—communication, training, and rewards/recognition – are designed to enhance the work experience for our employees and to inspire them to high performance in service to our student customers.

Its about the students. The quality of service we provide to them is a direct reflection upon the University. We all serve the students, from the highest administration and through the entire staff, every member of the Drexel community is working to meet a common goal: to make their experience the best.

StudentsFirst is being led by the Human Resources Department. For its success it relies on the contribution from managers and staff of Drexel University , as well as student leadership, especially the USGA.
