Drexel Leaders is an intensive certification program for building skills in collaboration, coaching, interviewing, dealing with legal issues in employment and conflict resolution.
Participation is open to supervisors, managers, department heads, and other persons with responsibilities which affect multiple groups. Selection is based on an application process through the office of the Senior Vice President. Nominations or endorsement of senior management is required.
