If your student organization would like to utilize the services of Sodexho for your event, a contract is not required as we have an established agreement with them through the University. Sodexho has a variety of food options for your event and a special discounted menu for student organizations.

If you are using an outside or off-campus food vendor to provide food for your event, a contract is required. There is a list of Preferred Vendors, which are vendors who we have worked with in the past. More information about contracts can be found here.
