Annette Molyneux, Ph.D.
Assistant Dean for Counseling and Health Services

Dr. Molyneux brings over 25 years of professional experience to the Office of Counseling & Health, and to the Counseling Center. Prior to joining the Drexel community in 1998, she had been the Director of Student Counseling at MCPHahnemann University. Before entering a University setting, Dr. Molyneux had spent many years as part of a large private practice, working as a Clinician and then regional supervisor. Dr. Molyneux is a Pennsylvania Licensed Psychologist and is also an Adjunct Professor. She teaches graduate and undergraduate Psychology courses. She received her Bachelors of Arts in Psychology from Kent State University in 1971 and her Doctorate in Psychology from Northern Illinois University in 1980. |
Amy Henning, M.Ed.
Associate Director of Counseling/Director of Training
Amy Henning is a PA licensed psychologist with 16 years of experience in counseling and psychotherapy. She joined Drexel's Counseling Center when it returned to campus in 1996. Before coming to Drexel Amy served as the Director of Counseling for the Art Institute of Philadelphia where she provided counseling services to college students, and consultations with staff and faculty. Although Amy has worked with a variety of populations, college students are her favorite. Amy has a special interest in working with students with eating disorders and body image concerns. She also trains and supervises the practicum students who work in our office every year. Amy earned her Masters of Education in Counseling Psychology from Temple University in 1986, and her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Rutgers University in 1985.

John Watson, M.S., NCC, AAC
Director of Alcohol, Other Drug, and Health Education/ Assistant Director of Counseling
John joined Drexel's Counseling Center in 1996 shortly after completing his Master in Counseling at Villanova University, and after a brief stint with Drexel's Student Support Services. John is a frequent presenter at regional conferences on topics ranging from Working with Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual and Transgendered College Students, and Alcohol and Other Drug Education and Prevention, to HIV/AIDS. John also serves as an adjunct faculty member teaching courses in psychology and addictions counseling. John received his bachelor's degree in communication from Texas Christian University in 1989.

Laura Dell'Olio, MSW
Victim Support Specialist /Health Educator
Laura brings ten years of social work experience which includes serving in a shelter for Battered Women,support
counselor
in a Boy's and Girls Club, social worker for the New Behavioral Network, social worker with Penn. Mentor Therapeutic Services, and as a counselor in the Roberts Wesleyan College Counseling Center . Laura has also served as a volunteer service worker in Nairobi , Kenya where she was assigned to assisting refugees and teaching health education.

Rita Magaziner
Director of Health Insurance and Immunizations
Rita joined the Student Life staff of Drexel University in 1998 working in the Dean of Students office. She transferred to the Counseling Center and was appointed as the Director of Health Insurance & Immunizations in 2004. With the exception of the DU College of Medicine, Rita oversees Student Health Insurance & Immunization policy compliance for all undergraduate and graduate students enrolled at all Drexel University campuses.
She wants to remind all full time students that health insurance verification must be done every September!!!!

Linda Privetera
Coordinator, Counseling and Health Services
Linda joined the Drexel Community in 1998 and worked in the Office of the Dean of Students for two years before transferring to the Office of Counseling, Health & Wellness in May of 2000. Linda brings many organizational and managerial talents to her role as Office Coordinator. Linda is also the person responsible for scheduling all appointments at the Counseling Center. Linda received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from Temple University 1988.
