The Following Groups are being offered for the Winter Term:
The purpose of this group is to help students recognize, focus on, and utilize their strengths to maximize life satisfaction. Learn how to maximize your potential and accomplish your goals by attending this 6 week group training session at the Counseling Center.
This group aims to assist students who are coping with anxious and/or depressed moods by teaching the practice of mindfulness meditation.
This group provides support and tips to international students who are having some difficulties adjusting to both college life and a new culture. This 6 week program will help show you that you’re not alone at Drexel.
