DUIC STATEMENT OF TOLERANCE
We believe that all people are worthy of respect; we agree to honor freedom of thought, freedom of conscience, freedom of will, and freedom of religious expression for all the members of the University community; we respect the religious history of all people, and celebrate the diversity of religious experience; we seek to promote mutual respect and cooperation.

We acknowledge our differences in religious thought, feeling, and teaching. We are committed to maintaining an environment of cooperation and concern for the spiritual well-being of all the members the University community; we pledge ourselves to be models of harmonious interaction among all people without regard to divergent religious conviction.

We believe that tolerance and respect are essential requirements for any effort at religious education; we assert that behavior that fails to exemplify the principles of tolerance and respect is unacceptable for members of the Drexel University Interfaith Council, and for any individual or group operating on the Drexel University campus.
