National Survey of Student Engagement

The National Survey of Student Engagement (NSSE)

During the spring quarter, all Drexel freshmen and seniors will receive email invitations to participate in the National Survey of Student Engagement (NSSE). The NSSE is a survey designed to give students the opportunity to share information about their undergraduate experience, including their views about the quality of their education and how they spend their time. Students at hundreds of colleges and universities participate in the survey every year. At Drexel, responses to the NSSE help the University improve its programs and services for students.

Why should I complete the NSSE?

Freshmen and seniors who participate in the NSSE will be speaking with a collective voice to the staff and faculty at Drexel. Your responses will benefit the students who come after you. If you’re a freshman, you’ll be benefiting next year’s class of freshmen. If you’re a senior, you’ll be benefiting all current and future students at Drexel. You’ll be making your University a better place for all who follow you.

What should I know?

How do I take the survey?

Freshmen and seniors, check your email for a message from David Ruth, Dean of Students. The first message is scheduled for April 9th, 2012.  Please feel free to contact us with questions, feedback or comments.
