Report to ISSS

Deadline: April 7, 2014

All new F-1/J-1 international students and scholars must report to ISSS in order to activate SEVIS/immigration records within 30 days of arrival in the U.S. Please bring your passport (with visa admission stamp) and I-94 admission record number copy. Attend International New Student Orientation (INSO)

Deadline: April 16, 2014

All new international students, including students transferring from a U.S. institution, will be required to attend International New Student Orientation. Online registration is required through your DrexelOne account.

Get your Dragon Card

Deadline: Ongoing 

Become an official Drexel Dragon by picking up your Dragon Card at the Dragon Card Office, located in Creese Student Center, Room 124 or call 215.895.6095.

Activate your Drexel Accounts

Deadline: Ongoing

It is very important to activate your account through the Computer Accounts Management Systems, as Drexel University will only contact you through your Drexel email account. Go to the IRT website for more information.

Get Health Insurance

Complete Immunization Requirements

Deadline: April 7, 2014

All students must complete the immunization form. A PPD screening must be completed in the United States. Please visit our immunization clinics or the Drexel University Health Center (3201 Arch St.) to receive this service. Please email if you have additional questions.

Receive your Class Schedule

Deadline: Ongoing

Undergraduate Students: Classes for the spring term will be scheduled for you. More information regarding class scheduling will be given to you during your UNIV 101 class.

Meet with International Tax Administrator

Deadline: Ongoing

If you receive any kind of scholarship, assistantship or fellowship, r if you have an on-campus job, you will need to meet with the Tax Specialist to determine the tax rate that you are subject to. The office is located at 3201 Arch Street.
