Application

The first stage of the selection process is filling out the RA Application online.  The application contains basic information about you, your experience at Drexel, how to contact you, and previous experience with RLO.  If you are interested in the Head Resident Assistant (HRA) position, please indicate so when prompted in the application.

Returning RA Application

NOTE: The above link will go live on December 3, 2012 (Week 11).

Interview
Returning RA interviews will be held January 14-25, 2013 (Weeks 2-3).  During this time, each returning applicant will meet with a Residential Living staff member to discuss their candidacy.

HRA applicants will be asked to prepare an assignment for their interview, which will be emailed out prior to the interviews.

Selection
Letters will be sent to all applicants indicating if they are being offered a position for the 2013-2014 application year on March 22, 2013 (Finals Week) via email.

• Position Offer- This letter states that you are being offered an RA position for the
  2013-2014 academic year.
• Alternate Offer- This letter states that you are being offered a spot in the alternate pool. 
  The alternate pool is a group of candidates that will be considered for RA positions that come open throughout the summer and the academic year.
• No Position Offer - This letter states that we are unable to offer you an RA position.

HRA applicants will also receive notification regarding whether or not they have been selected for an HRA position.
