The 2013-2014 undergraduate and joint version of SOOT is available online. Undergraduate and joint student organization presidents, vice presidents (or second-in-command designee), and treasurers must view the presentation and submit the follow-up quiz in order to complete this element of the annual student organization recognition process.
NOTE: This SOOT presentation is for undergraduate/joint student organizations ONLY! Graduate, fraternities and sororities, and Club Sports organization officers must attend a separate SOOT workshop.
Please click on the image below to watch the 2013-2014 SOOT presentation. After viewing, complete the DragonLink quiz:
*Download the 2013-2014 undergraduate/joint SOOT PowerPoint (with clickable hyperlinks)*
*Download the 2013-2014 undergraduate/joint SOOT PDF
After watching the presentation, take the quiz:
Log-in to DrexelOne and click the “drexel” tab. Next, click the DragonLink hyperlink located on the bottom left-side of the page under the Campus Involvement menu header. You will then be logged-in to DragonLink. On the DragonLink homepage, the alerts section at the top of the page will contain the link to the SOOT quiz. Click the link and submit. Presidents, vice presidents (or second-in-command designee), and treasurers are required per recognition requirements. These officers are responsible for all information contained within SOOT, but it is recommended to have other officers/members view the SOOT presentation.
Upon completion of the quiz, you will have successfully fulfilled your individual SOOT requirement. Once the organization president, vice president (or second-in-command designee), and treasurer have submitted SOOT, the organization will have completed this step toward recognition for the 2013-2014 academic year. Please allow 7-10 days upon completing the SOOT quiz for results to be returned. Student organizations should track progress toward recognition via their group’s DragonLink profile page. For questions, please contact the Office of Campus Activities at email@example.com.
