Events & Excursions

Pre-Departure and In-Country Orientations
Our on-site orientations help prepare participants for the academic and cultural changes that await them during their time abroad. Orientations also are designed to ensure that participants are prepared with the necessary safety and medical procedures, have a chance to recover from their travels, learn about the host country’s history and culture, and partake in social events.

Fully staffed offices in each country
When participants arrive in Lima to begin the program, they are in the capable hands of our on-site staff. Our in-country staff are enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and eager to help participants understand the culture of Perú. Our offices are open for student assistance for the duration of the program, and where available, they maintain a toll-free number. Staff are fluent in both Spanish and English.

Emergency contact for families
Our overseas offices abroad can serve as an emergency relay station for parents who need to contact their son or daughter.

Guaranteed housing
We guarantee housing for all students in all programs.
