Organizational Structure

The structuring of the Network is based on the notion of tensegrity; the exhibited strength that results when the push and pull of ideas result in a complementary balance. In the context of a non-hierarchical structure, not only is there a free flow of information, but there is an open sharing of ideas, perspectives, and operations based on the practice of excellence.
