Mission
To support Drexel University’s educational mission and administrative needs in accordance with the University’s policies and procedures by assisting faculty and staff in obtaining timely, high quality products and services at low prices utilizing good business practices and professional ethics.

University Procurement supports the Drexel community by providing the necessary buying tools, training and support to effectively, efficiently and ethically purchase products and services.

Summary of Services

• Process purchase requisitions, generate purchase orders and place orders.
• Solicit bids and price quotes for the purchases of goods and services.
• Negotiate pricing agreements with venders and provide listings for preferred venders.
• Coordinate Drexel University and Drexel College of Medicine purchasing card program.
