Mission
To promote a workplace that encourages optimal performance from all employees, ensures a fair and equitable environment in accord with all federal, state and local regulations, and provides opportunities for personal and professional growth. The office investigates and attempts to resolve grievances and specific discrimination complaints brought by staff, students and external parties.

Summary of Services

  • Affirmative Action Prepares annual affirmative action plan. Monitors searches and records applicant demographics. Investigates complaints of discrimination/harassment.
