Mission
Advance the goals and objectives of the departments within Student Life and Administrative Services by providing strategic counsel and delivering results-oriented public relations and communications programs, which support the University’s mission.

Summary of Services

  • Internal and External Affairs - manage Division's communications and public relations efforts with the Office of University Relations and The Triangle newspaper.
  • Cultivate alumni, corporations and friends of Drexel supporting the Division in cooperation with the Office of Institutional Advancement.
  • Work with the Division's departments in establishing a branding and graphic identity program, marketing initiatives, consistent with the Division and the University.
  • Oversee the production and management of Division newsletters, brochures, websites, annual reports, and advertising.
  • Work with departments in strengthening community relations within University City and the Philadelphia community through outreach activities that enhance the overall image of the University and in particular the Division.
  • Support marketing efforts of departments to increase participation or revenue potential and track results of initiatives.
  • Oversee the financial management of fundraising accounts and recommend appropriate strategies for maintaining a positive relationship with the Division's donors.
  • Organize student, faculty, staff and alumni events to promote the Division.
