Instructions:
Use the pull-down lists at the top of the form to customize the results. Type a person's first and last names in the Look for (Example: Jim Donnelly) field. If you don't know the right spelling for the person's name, just type it as it sounds (Example: Donoly). If you don't know the whole name use an asterisk to fill in the part that you don't know (Example: Marvin Don*ly). You can even use nicknames like Jim when you really want James.
