Employer Directed Resume Search (EDRS)
The Employer Directed Resume Search (EDRS) is a searchable database of resumes within the SCDConline system posted by graduating students and recent alumni (up to two years post-graduation).
Employers must have an SCDConline account to access to the EDRS database. EDRS allows registered employers to search for resumes of skilled job seekers using such criteria as: majors/industry experience, number of years of experience, location preferences, and skills. Employers may contact the matching students or alumni directly about the career opportunity available.
