Drexel Co-op is a competitive process - both for students and employers. While co-op students seek opportunities that will allow them to grow professionally, you desire individuals with proven skills that can benefit your company. For these reasons, an appropriate salary is crucial for you to attract the right candidates.

The rates listed are the average salaries for co-op students, grouped by major. These suggested rates are based on co-op assignments from the 2006-07 calendar year (unpaid co-ops are not included in these statistics). Although these figures do fluctuate with current market conditions, they serve as a useful starting point for you when determining a co-op salary.
