Campus Recruiting Program

Frequently Asked Questions Campus Recruiting: CLICK HERE

Twice a year, in the fall and winter, job postings are available on SCDConline through Graduating Students (OCR) – on-campus recruiting. Employers conduct interviews in the fall and winter to hire students for permanent positions following graduation. Most interviews take place on campus but many employers will interview students at their company’s location.

The On-Campus Recruiting process is fully explained during Career Services Orientation Sessions held each year in August, September, and January. All students wishing to participate in on-campus interviewing must be in their final year at Drexel and attend an orientation session.

Participating students may review job opportunities, submit resumes, and schedule interviews through SCDConline. This is a very time-sensitive process and all relevant deadline dates are available on the graduating students' calendar.

HOW THE GRADUATING STUDENTS (OCR) PROCESS WORKS:

  1. Winter job postings are available for review and online applications January 12-25, 2008; on-campus interviews take place February 25-29, 2008 (in the Behrakis Grand Hall, Creese Student Center).
  2. You must have an active and updated SCDConline resume to apply for jobs. Go to SCDConline Resume if you need help.
  3. Search for jobs in SCDConline listed under the service type: Graduating Students (OCR)
  4. Read job descriptions carefully for all qualifications and any Special Application Instructions; many employers REQUIRE you to also apply on their web sites
  5. To apply for a job, click on "Request an Interview" to submit your resume
  6. On February 13 log back into the system to see your interview invitations and to sign-up for interviews (see Notification and Sign-up Procedures)

NOTE: Some interviews take place off campus or are arranged directly by employers who will call or email selected candidates to schedule your interview. Check email and phone messages regularly in October to not miss an opportunity!
