Career Fair Cancellation and Refund Policy
An employer that has a confirmed registration for a career fair may cancel registration and receive a full or partial refund of registration costs per the parameters outlined below.
- Full Refund: Cancellation notice received up to 14 days prior to the event will result in a full refund of all registration charges.
- Partial Refund: Cancellation notice received up to 5 days prior to the event will result in a refund of all registration charges less a $100 administrative fee.
- No Refund: No refund will be issued if cancellation notice is received less than 5 days prior to the event.
- Advertisements: If your organization purchased an advertisement for the career fair directory, submitted the ad, and the directory has gone to print, the advertisement cost will not be refunded.
