Annual Allocations is the process in which student organizations submit a fiscal year operational budget by the designated deadline to receive a portion of the available Student Activity Fee funds. These monies are used to general body meetings, standard organization operation, capital expenditures, and events open to all registered students at Drexel University.
All sports clubs will apply for funding through the Club Sports Council which is overseen by the Office of Recreational Sports. No Sports club will be eligible to apply for SAFAC Annual Allocations through this process.
All fraternity, sorority, and governing councils will apply for funding through the FSL Funding Council which is overseen by the Office of Fraternity & Sorority Life. No fraternity, sorority, or governing council will be eligible to apply for SAFAC Annual Allocations through this process.

Annual Allocation Applications will be made available and SAFAC Liaisons will be emailing their respective student organizations to “greet” them and introduce the allocations process. Please check out our website for a list of liaison pairings and feel free to start contacting your respective liaison with questions.
Monday, April 1-10, 2013
Mandatory Allocation Info Sessions will be held. Specific dates, times, and locations TBA. Each student organization is required to have at least 1 respresentative from their respective organization present to review the new Annual Allocations process. Failure to attend a session will result in ineligibility to recieve funding for this fiscal year. If you have a conflict with the sessions please email firstname.lastname@example.org to set up an individual session to review the new process.
