Introducing the Referral Program - New for 2009!
Now you will be rewarded for helping to shape a Drexel University student's success. Refer a student to University Housing, and we'll pay you $250!
Housing By Design allows Drexel students to create their own housing experience in traditional, suite-style, or apartment living environment. Housing programs include College Learning communities, theme housing, the Sophomore Year Experience, and the popular "For Students by Students" program, where students with shared living interest live together in North Hall.
Details
- New or returning student submits a Housing contract with the Office of University Housing via the MyHousing system, accessible through DrexelOne;
- Applications must have been received after August 15, 2009
- After accepting their assignment via MyHousing and submitting their deposit to the Bursar's Office, you can contact University Housing via email at housing@drexel.edu with your name and contact information as their referral. Let us know your name, University ID (for current members of the Drexel community) a contact phone number, and the name of your student;
- University Housing will pay you $250 via Dragon Dollars or Barnes and Noble gift card after the student has checked-into their residence hall assignment.
Who is eligible to refer a student to University Housing?
Anyone! Faculty, staff, or current students can refer a student to University Housing and will received $250 Dragon Dollars as our gift. Use your Dragon Dollars at retail locations on and near campus, including the new Northside Dinning Terrace scheduled to open in Fall 2009.
Alumni and other friends of Drexel University can refer a student to University Housing and will receive a $250 Barnes and Noble gift card, which can be used at any Barnes and Noble retail location, including the Drexel University Bookstore located in the Creese Student Center.
