Contracted Services
As a resident of University Crossings you are responsible for setting up your own phone, internet and cable TV services. All apartment residents should discuss how these services will be obtained and the number of installations you would like to have per apartment. It is important to remember that for each of these services there are one time installation and set-up fees. Before entering into any binding contracts please make sure you research the provider and are clear about the services they offer. Remember that the maximum amount of time you can reside in University Crossings is 10 months (1 academic year, Fall, Winter and Spring) and that you should indicate this to customer service representatives when inquiring about service. For most installations a resident may need to be present.
