form must be turned into your Hall’s Front
Desk anytime a host has met the limit of 3 overnight
guest occurrences in a calendar month period.
Requests are subject to approval and require the
signature of your roommate.
Students
may submit this form to appeal housing damage
charges (please submit a request to remove damage
charges first- listed above), housing cancellation
charges, or dining charges.
Returning
Residents committed to a Housing Contract who
wish to be released from their contract without
penalty may transfer their obligation to another
student to avoid the termination fees.
Use this
form to request release from your housing contract.
If you have withdrawn from Drexel, obtained an
out of the area co-op position or are going to
study abroad you must complete this form within
five business days of the aforementioned event.
