Office on the first floor of Towers Hall.

This
form must be turned into your Hall’s Front
Desk anytime a host has met the limit of 3 overnight
guest occurrences in a calendar month period.
Requests are subject to approval and require the
signature of your roommate.
After
the second week of the term you may use this form
to request a room change. Changes require the
approval of your AD/RD and the Office of University
Housing.
If
your Request for Release from Housing Agreement
or Request to Remove Housing Damage Charges has
been denied you may submit your appeal to the
Housing Appellate Board.
Returning
Residents committed to a Housing Contract who
wish to be released from their contract without
penalty may transfer their obligation to another
student to avoid the termination fees.
Use
this form to request release from your housing
contract. If you have withdrawn from Drexel, obtained
an out of the area co-op position or are going
to study abroad you must complete this form within
five business days of the aforementioned event.
