offerings at the Drexel Recreation Center. We offer members a comprehensive approach to healthy living with effective fitness programs, mind/body/spirit classes, wellness
and nutrition services, and training/certification courses in an energetic and dynamic environment.
From yoga and Pilates classes to nutritional counseling and personal training sessions, the Recreation Center provides members with the tools needed to achieve a healthy
and active lifestyle. Members are invited to take advantage of additional wellness opportunities at the Recreation Center, including: a jogging and walking track, comprehensive
fitness and strength equipment, aquatics, squash and climbing walls.
