Irene Opendak

Irene Opendak experience combines 20 years of service at Drexel University, the University of Pennsylvania, and Bryn Mawr College in diverse administrative capacities.

In addition to her Master’s degree in Management of Information Science, she is certified by the Disaster Recovery Institute International (DRII) and advises multiple national and international constituencies.

Opendak consults with colleges, universities, and private enterprises in the areas of emergency preparedness and business continuity. As Director of College Operations and Business Services at Bryn Mawr College, she led the successful implementation of the PeopleSoft full enterprise suite to replace core administrative systems. As a result, she received commendations by several professional authorities in the field and honorable mention in the Marquis Who’s Who in America 2004, 58th edition.
