Academic & Event Room Scheduling
The Office of the University Registrar manages the assignment of instructional space in coordination with the Colleges and academic departments and the assignment of event space in coordination with University Facilities and the Event Services office for each respective term. First Priority is given to university activities necessary to the advancement of the educational mission of the university (i.e. academic classes and exam scheduling). Scheduling of events is contingent on classroom availability following the scheduling of classes and exams.
A listing of all classrooms scheduled through the Office of the University Registrar on the University City and Center City campuses can be found here. Pertinent classroom details are listed including capacity, a/v equipment, accessibility, light, etc.
Academic Room Scheduling
Changes to classroom assignments can be requested by the department offering the course or the instructor of the course through the end of the 2nd week of term. Send all room change requests to: exammail@drexel.edu.
Please include:
- Course Reference Number (CRN)
- Subject
- Course
- Section Number
- Reason for Requested Change
Students and instructors needing special accommodations due to disabilities must first contact the Office of Disability Resources.
