Students are evaluated at the end of each term, based
on the grades received by the deadline noted on the grade
sheets. The rules for determining whether a student is
in good academic standing are printed in the University
catalog (see Academic
Standards). College
Review Committees Listings are generated by the Student
Administrative Services Center to show which students
are to receive warning letters, to be continued on,
placed on, or removed from probation according to the
rules governing academic evaluation. Each college has
a committee that reviews these cases, arranges for interviews
with students when appropriate, considers petitions
for readmission of students who have been dropped, and
recommends appropriate action.
