Temporary Office Relocation and Reduced In-Person Hours (Updated 9/16/08)

The Graduate Studies Office in Randell 240 will be undergoing renovations starting on Wednesday July 16, 2008. A temporary office space has been allocated to us in the Room 318 complex of the Main Building (along the far wall and to your right as you enter 318) until sometime in September. We now expect to move back to Randell 240 in the first week of the Fall Quarter (week of Sept 22nd). Until we are reestablished in Randell, only the main office number, 215-895-0366, will be in use for all staff members; the office fax number, 215-895-0495, will remain operational as well.

The current office staff will take turns working in Main 318 since it can only accommodate one person. The planned schedule is for office hours from 8:30am to 4:30pm each working day. Taz Kwok will be in on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays while Nicole Pearson will be in on Tuesdays and Thursdays; staff will be available exclusively via e-mail (Taz Kwok at tkk22@drexel.edu; Nicole Pearson at nmp39@drexel.edu) on their off days. Dr. Lim will be on campus most days in his Physics Office in Disque Hall 906 but the best way to reach him will be by email (limtk@drexel.edu).

We apologize for the inconvenience but Randell 240 has needed upgrading for quite a while. We are sure that after September you will be pleased with our new quarters which we believe will allow us to serve you better. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
